Newcastle Keep

The Newcastle Keep dates back to 1178. I have always been fascinated with the Keep and have enjoyed visiting it on many occasions. Through the day it is interesting, but at night it takes on a whole new personality.

One of the photos captures what looks like an orange electrical bolt and a strange orange glow in the doorway. I have to point out that at the time of the photo, there was no lights on at all!
