Newcastle Keep
The Newcastle Keep dates back to 1178. I have always been fascinated with the Keep and have enjoyed visiting it on many occasions. When the opportunity came to investigate the Keep on the 4th August, I was more than enthusiastic. Through the day it was interesting, but at night I was sure it would be great.
You can read the investigation report Here. Sadly, there was not a lot of activity to report. The best event of the evening was missed being captured on camcorder by seconds, but another interesting photo captures what looks like an orange electrical bolt and a strange orange glow in the doorway. I have to point out that at the time of the photo, there was no lights on at all!
